With a Master of Applied Economics/Finance and Accountancy from Hasselt University and a Master in Human Resources at Vlerick Business School, Bart Lambrechts started his professional career at Belgacom, a national Telecom Company, where he worked for almost 14 years in different especially HR roles. In 2005 he joined Carglass as a HR Director. Bart's personal purpose is to make a difference by creating an environment inwhich people can develop their talents and, in this way, can give the best of themselves. He wants to challenge them in creating the best workplace they will ever work and, in this way, work on their happiness.

Lazlo Van Caster

Lazlo is passionate about talent acquisition technology. With his 7 years of experience in this technology, he is particularly passionate about how talent acquisition must constantly change in order to attract top talent. Therefore, these are exciting times for Artificial Intelligence in recruitment and its predictive power to see how successful a candidate can be.
